School Surveys

Do not use Introduction: School Surveys

A school’s digital innovations readiness ratings are based on the survey responses from three respondent groups associated with the school:

  • Students
  • Teachers
  • School Administrator(s)

Each school should strive for high participation rates for each survey. If a school elects to have a sample of the respondent groups complete the surveys, every effort should be made for a representative, unbiased sample.

The process is as follows:

1) The Point-of-Contact in each school identifies those individuals who will take the surveys for each respondent group.

2) Access the View School Codes button at the left to bring up a table with each group and its associated code for your middle and high schools.

3) The POC simply follows the instructions on that page, to invite respondents to navigate to the district jump page, enter their codes, and take the surveys. The codes will automatically link the responses to the right school.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: Digital Innovations Surveys are designed to be taken by student in grades 6-12 (not students in grades K-5), all teachers in the school, and Administrators.
